Update 1.4.1

This update improves technical aspects of the game and fixes some minor issues:

- reduced shader stuttering for a much smoother experience

- added full controller support with hints

- much better optimization in power plant combat sections

- fixes to lighting 

- chapter selection menu added

- option to skip cutscenes on a second playthrough of each chapter

- fixes to menus

- fixes to text
