Quick Fix! (1.3.1) Update


Welcome again, It's me - Łukasz, developer of the game.

Few days after EARLY ACCESS release I got some feedback regarding the game and did my best to improve it. Improvements to chapter 1 will come in "QUICK FIX" updates to the 1.3 version aimed to get rid of bugs, add more combat and polish the game before moving on to chapter 2 development.  

First version of "QUICK FIX" updates just been released, I plan to do 2 of those or more if necessary, I already have plans for 1.3.2 aswell which will be developed in upcoming week.


QUICK FIX - 1.3.1

- much more combat is added, now the game feels a lot less like walking simulator and more like proper horror shooter

- added new enemy type: Fallen, they are electrocuting type of enemy which require firearms to fight and helps balance the game

- reduced ammo pickups per item, but more items overall added

- fixes to AI pathfinding issues

- automatic shotgun added to the game (Benelli M4)

- firearms are now easier to find

- new introduction screen for the story

- improved title screen and colors added to cutscenes

- different sound for gunshots indoors and outdoors

- improved gore textures

- increased healing from 30 to roughly 40% per item

- UI fixes, dynamic crosshair added

- flashlight flickering when near electrical anomalies


Planned for next update (1.3.2):

- adding another enemy type

- adding more detail to environments

- lonely road will get a whole new underground section

- checkpoint system

- overhaul of the aluminium factory level

- notes system with more story and lore
